Decent bed and bathroom amenities, good internet speed. Location is close to main tourist attractions and public transportation is accessible. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice view of the city while enjoying the breakfast.

The hotel staff are not friendly and are not helpful in accommodating guests' inquiries. During New Year's eve, the rooftop restaurant was closed for a private event, however, the hotel did not inform the guests beforehand.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with well-functioning air conditioning systems. the bathrooms are average but sufficient. the hotel has a nice outdoor pool and garden area. the Wi-Fi connection has reasonable speed and is suitable for browsing basic websites.

The customer service is not up to standard and can be outright rude at times.
